What it means
The address you sent as free text could not be located on a map.Common causes
- A typo, a missing street number, or a neighborhood name the map does not know.
- A very new street or a private development.
What to do
- Send coordinates for the dropoff instead of text. Coordinates are never looked up, so they cannot miss.
- Let the customer drop a pin in your app and send that pin.
