What it means
The balance of the account that pays does not cover what this request would spend or move.Common causes
- A delivery create where your balance is lower than the share of the fee you pay, plus the tip when there is one.
- A withdrawal for more than the available balance. A same-day withdrawal also needs room for its fee.
- A plan reactivation that neither your balance nor your saved card could pay.
What to do
- Add funds to the balance in the partner dashboard, then repeat the request.
- Read the balance first with
GET /v1/balance, and ask for an amount it covers. - On a same-day withdrawal, the message names what can be withdrawn today.
