What it means
Only a delivery that was left without a courier can be retried, and this one is not in that state.Common causes
- The delivery has a courier, is on its way or is finished.
- The customer’s payment for this delivery was already returned.
What to do
- Read the delivery and retry only when its status is
no_courier. - If it cannot be retried, create a new delivery.
