- The dropoff is farther from the store’s pickup point than the delivery radius allows.
- The address is at the very edge of the radius and the courier network refused it there.
What to do
- Ask the customer for an address closer to the store.
- Quote first with
POST /v1/quotes. If a quote comes back, that delivery can be created.
