Common causes

  • Add-ons are held only on Listo’s self-serve pricing, by the stores your account created itself. A restaurant that connected to you cannot hold them.
  • Your account is not on Listo’s self-serve pricing, so none of its stores can hold add-ons.

What to do

  • Read the store with GET /v1/stores/{id}. When add_ons is null, the store cannot hold add-ons and no body will change that.
  • Send add_ons only for stores that return an object in that field.
